Future or current medical Students accepted for training at accredited MD or DO schools in the US or Puerto Rico.

Service Requirements (formerly Service Stipulation):

In exchange for the scholarship, your commitment to the Air Force is to serve as an active-duty member with a year-for-year repayment, with a minimum obligation of three years.

US citizen; enrolled in or has a letter of acceptance from an accredited medical school (MD or DO) in the US or Puerto Rico.

Amount of repayment per year of service:

Qualifying students receive full tuition and required fees at any accredited US medical school plus a monthly stipend of approx $1900/month. Books and most other educational fees are also covered under the HPSP scholarship. A $20,000 signing bonus is also available for certain applicants.
